CBSE to decide on Exams by June 23
New Delhi [ maha media ] Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE will decide the fate of its pending Class X and Class XII exams by June 23. The Council for the Indian Certificate Examination (CISCE) has extended its deadline for students to decide whether to write examinations or not to June 24, and will specify its alternative assessment option by June 22.At a Supreme Court hearing on a petition by parents to cancel the examination due to the COVID-19 pandemic on Wednesday, CBSE counsel Rupesh Kumar informed the court that the board “the board in the process of taking an appropriate decision with regard to the subject matter of this petition very shortly. According to the court’s order, the CBSE counsel asked for a “short adjournment awaiting that decision and to apprise the court about the same on the next date. June 23 has been set as the next date of hearing.
