Class X students to appear in NTSE 2020 on Dec 13
BHOPAL [Maha Media]: National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) 2020 is going to be held on December 13, Saturday under the first phase in all states by the National Council for Educational Research and Training (NCERT).
The students of class X have applied for the examination will be appearing in the examination at respective allotted centres. The Stage 1 NTSE examinations would be conducted by the respective state education boards.
The Stage-I exam in all the states except Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland, and Andaman and Nicobar Islands will be held on December 12.
While in these states it will be held on December 13. This will be the first stage examination which will be held at state level in the country. After the Stage-I examination, the 2nd phase examination will be held at the national level on June 13.
The state level selected students who cleared stage-I NTSE exam will be eligible to appear in the Stage-II examination. NCERT has done the registration for the NTSE examinations. The students who are studying in class X of the Government or private schools have register for the examination will appear in the examination.
The exam will consist of two papers; first paper would be a Mental Ability Test, MAT and second paper will be Scholastic Ability Test, SAT. The time duration for each paper would be 120 minutes.
