MP: NLIU convocation ceremony organised

BHOPAL [Maha Media]: National Law Institute University (NLIU) conducted its convocation ceremony on Saturday. There were 328 stduents who received their degrees during the programme while 306 students were given the degrees online. 

All the degree receiptients could not attend the programme due to which they preferred to grant degrees online. There were 45 students from three batches (15 students from  each batch) who were rewarded with gold medical during the programme. Besides, 185 students were awarded degrees. The programme was held in NLIU campus where Madhya Pradesh Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malitham was the guest. 

He rewarded medals to the students. 185 students were rewarded degrees for LLM, BALLB and MScLIS. Besides, chief justice rewarded 45 gold and silver medals to the topper students. Supreme Court Judge Sanjay Kishan Kaul was also present during the programme. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan was also invited to the programme but he could not attend the same due to other important schedule. 

After a gap of three years, law students received their degree in offline mode and a loud buzz of clappings could of heard in the auditorium.
