CLC will be continued from September 16 to 30. There are 1,450 private and Government colleges to participate in online counselling of DHE. To keep applicants safe from Covid-19, Department of Higher Education (DHE) said to continue only online verification of candidates.
However, there will be no need of submitting one time password (OTP) for admission confirmation but for admission cancellation and fee submission, students require to submit OTP within a minute.
DHE officials said that CBSE and MPBSE both boards have released class XII results so registration for UG admission will begin from Sunday. Every year students take time to submit OTP before admission confirmation, DHE has kept OTP provision suspended.
According to DHE, if any student wants to confirm admission in college out of home district periphery, his documents will be sent to the professor assigned in his home district college. The professor will be verifying the documents of applicant from his e-mail id within 24 hours.
The department said that mark sheet of class XII will be verified from roll number of applicants. Taking lesson with the previous admission rounds, this year DHE has decided to allot more seats in comparison to vacancies.
