Schools open in regular mode, doubt sessions for classes IX to XII
BHOPAL [Maha Media]: AS the academic session 2020-21 is nearing to an end amid COVID-19 pandemic, the schools are now opened in regular mode for the higher classes from class IX to XII.
The schools are holding doubt clearing sessions for the students in the wake of pre-board and Board examinations. Some of the students are visiting schools for better guidance in studies. The schools are conducting these classes adhering to COVID-19 safety guidelines.
The School Education Department has already instructed not to exceed the number of students at a time in classes so that Standard Operating Procedure of COVID-19 protocols would be followed properly. The teaching and non-teaching staffs are registering their full attendance at a time in the schools following social distancing norms.
The students who will appear in the Board examinations this academic session are also attending the doubt clearing sessions with the consent of their parents. Meanwhile, online education is also being provided to the students as per the stipulated schedule. The schools will also remain opened on holidays so that students would get more time in receiving guidance.
As the schools have been remained closed for last eight months, it has affected the studies due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, to compensate the academic loss, schools are taking these extra sessions.
