IPL: Sunrisers Hyderabad beat Kings XI Punjab by 69-runs

NEW DELHI [Maha Media]: In the IPL Cricket, Sunrisers Hyderabad registered a comfortable 69-run win over Kings XI Punjab in Dubai last night.
 
After opting to bat first, Hyderabad scored an imposing 201 for six in 20 overs riding on Jonny Bairtsow and David Warner's terrific start with a 160-run stand for the first wicket. Bairstow smashed 97 off 55 and Warner scored 52 off 40.
 
Punjab's bowlers Ravi Bishnoi took 3 for 29 and Arshdeep Singh scalped 2 wickets M. Shami bagged one wicket.
 
Chasing a stiff target, Punjab were all out for 132 in 16.5 overs to slump to their fifth defeat in six matches to remain at the bottom of the points table.
 
Only Nicholas Pooran 77 off 37 balls gave a fight for Punjab with scoring the fastest half-century in the ongoing edition.
 
For Hyderabad, Rashid Khan was the most impressive bowler as he ended with figures of 3 for 12 from his four overs.
 
In today's encounter, Rajasthan Royals will take on Delhi Capitals at Sharjah.
