2nd round of JEE-Main to begin from Mar 16
BHOPAL [Maha Media]: Second round of JEE-Mains will be held from March 16 to 18. National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit cards of candidates about four days ago. Students who have not received their admit cards are adviced to mention their registration number on NTA website and download the admit card.
There are three centres in Bhopal for the exam. More than two students will be writing exam in two different shifts. First shift will be held from 9 am to 12 noon and second shift from 3 pm to 6 pm. There will be strict safety measures at centres amid COVID-19 pandemic. Candidates would not be allowed to enter the centre without mask. Minimum 50 ml hand sanitizer will be mandatory for candidates to carry with them. NTA has directed all centres to follow social distancing in exam hall and circulating areas of the centres.
As per the latest guidelines, JEE-Main will be held four times a year. First round of exam was held in February from 23 to 26. The second round is scheduled from March 16 to 18 and third round will be held from April 27 to 30. Fourth round will be held from May 24 to 28. Exam pattern will remain the same as the first exam that was held in February. There will be 90 questions out of which answers of 75 will be mandatory to qualify the test.
Difficulty level of first round was normal. Experts said that students who are appearing for JEE-Main for the first should mandatorily appear for mock test to understand the process of online exam.
