AFRC regulates fees of 101 colleges in MP
BHOPAL [Maha Media]: Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (AFRC) has uploaded the fee regulation orders of 101 colleges for three academic sessions 2021-22, 2-22-23 and 2023- 24 on its portal. The committee has regulated minimum fee of 53 nursing colleges for new session. About 18 colleges were demanding to enhance their fee on account of inflation but committee denied their plea and said to keep the fee unchanged. In its third phase, committee decided the fee of 12 colleges and uploaded the same on portal.
On an average, AFRC has regulated the fee of B.Sc (Nursing) 53,000, PB Nursing 41,000 and MSc Nursing as 94,000. AFRC said that colleges can apply for fee revision after one year. In that case, colleges would be getting fee enhancement based on the conditions. In third hearing session, colleges were demanding 85 per cent fee increment. They said that they are facing financial loss due to the pandemic and in this situation they want to enhance the fee. AFRC has decided fee of 15 B.Ed, 1 M.Ed, 1 B.Ed-M.Ed, 2 BALLB, 1 B.ScB.Ed, 2 BA part time, 2 LLB, 10 D.Pharma, 5 B.Pharma, 1 BE, 1 ME and other various programme. Officials said that fee has been regulated based on suggestion received from concerned college.
Remaining colleges will get their regulation within week.
