MPBSE to release class X results by mid June

BHOPAL [Maha Media]: Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) is making effort to release class X results by third week of June. The Board has already cancelled the examination of class X students. 

Result of class X will be prepared based on internal evaluation, half-yearly, revision test and pre-board exams. Practical exams have been already cancelled. On Sunday, MPBSE has directed all schools to fill marks of students in OMR sheet and upload the same on portal by June 10. 

This OMR sheet will also be submitted in hard copy for further release of result. Officials said that they are making effort to declare class X result in third week of June. 

The Board has said to conduct class XII exams during month of June. Higher secondary, vocational, diploma in pre-school education, diploma in physical education training theory and practical exams have been postponed till further orders. 

The Board said that after situation gets normal, students will be informed about the exam schedule about 20 days in advance. 

According to MPBSE, result of class X regular students will be prepared based on half yearly, pre-board, unit test and internal evaluation. As there is no provision of evaluation for private students, they will be rewarded minimum 33 marks for passing the exam. 

Sources said, School Education Department (SED) has started searching assessment option of class X students to prepare their result.

MPBSE has also released question bank for class XII examinees so that they can prepare syllabus at home during quarantine period. 

Tentative examination will be held as per new question bank released by MPBSE. The question bank includes 500 questions especially for preparation for students. 

This would help students in classification of chapters and it includes entire syllabus.
