Registration for special exams begins on Aug 1
BHOPAL [Maha Media]: After releasing result for both high school and higher secondary classes, Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) will conduct special offline exams for students who are not satisfied with the evaluation from September 1 to 25. All these candidates can apply for the special exam from August 1 to 10.
Registration will be held via online mode from MPonline. After registering the candidates, previous result will be cancelled and their new marksheet will be released as per marks scored in offline exam. According to board notification, if any student confirms his registration for the special exam and later he fail to appear in the exam, his previous result would be cancelled and marksheet will be released as absentee. Besides, if any student fails in the special offline exam, he will be eligible for supplementary exam as per rules.
The board said that there are a few candidates who are in the admission list but they did not submit their exam fee. These students were not enlisted in their recent result. The board is providing another opportunity to such candidates and asked them, to submit their exam form with Rs 900 and then they will be allowed to appear the special exam.
Students appearing for the special exam will get opportunity to appear for supplementary exam as per rules. Separate information will be released for the exam center. Admit card will be uploaded on MPonline portal.
The board has released higher secondary result on July 29 in which all students were marked as pass.
The board did not release merit list of candidates as examinees were evaluated based on class X performance.
There were around 7.5 lakh students registered for class XII. Performance of class XII examinees have been evaluated based on class X marks. Marks of best five subjects have been taken for further assessment.
